Information we collect
When you browse, create an account, contact us, or place an order, we may collect:
- contact and order information, such as your name, email address, telephone number, billing address, shipping address, products, colors, sizes, and order notes;
- payment and transaction information. WooPayments and Stripe process payment card details; Ca. Bitch Co. does not receive or store the complete card number;
- account and customer-service information, including account credentials, messages, refunds, and support history; and
- device and usage information, such as IP address, browser type, cookie identifiers, and pages viewed, for security, checkout, site operation, and performance.
How we use information
We use personal information to process payments, fulfill and ship orders, provide order updates, prevent fraud, respond to requests, maintain business and tax records, improve the store, and comply with law. We do not use customer information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
How we disclose information
We disclose information only as needed to operate the store, including to:
- WooCommerce, Automattic, WooPayments, and Stripe for storefront and payment services;
- Printify, the selected print provider, and shipping carriers for production and delivery;
- hosting, security, email, and customer-support providers; and
- government authorities or professional advisers when required by law or needed to protect rights, safety, and the store.
We do not sell personal information for money. The service providers above process information for the business purposes described in this policy and under their own applicable privacy terms.
Cookies and browser signals
The store uses cookies and similar technology needed for the shopping cart, checkout, account sign-in, fraud prevention, security, and basic site operation. Service providers may set their own cookies under their privacy policies. You can control cookies through your browser, although blocking necessary cookies may prevent the cart or checkout from working. Because there is no uniform standard for all browser “Do Not Track” signals, the store does not respond to those signals. If the store becomes subject to a law requiring recognition of an opt-out preference signal, it will honor that signal as required.
Retention and security
We keep information only as long as needed for orders, support, accounting, tax, fraud prevention, and legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information associated with your account, subject to records we must keep for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or transaction purposes. Send requests to hello@cabitchco.com. We may need to verify the request before responding.
Children
The store is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
