Payment and production
Payment is collected at checkout. Shirts are made to order using the design, shirt, color, size, and print color selected on the product page. Product photos are illustrations; garment shade, fit, fabric weight, measurements, and print placement may vary by size and production.
Changes before production
Before an order is released to production, you may request a size change or cancellation for a full refund by contacting hello@cabitchco.com. Once production begins, the order can no longer be changed or cancelled.
Shipping schedule
Shirts are made to order. Production and shipping times vary by shirt and destination. Tracking will be provided when available. If the schedule changes materially, we will contact affected customers with available options.
Shipping area and rates
Checkout currently supports United States addresses. Shipping charges and available methods are shown before payment. Standard shipping is free when the merchandise subtotal is at least $100 after discounts. Applicable taxes are shown at checkout.
Returns after delivery
You may request a return within 14 days after delivery. Returned shirts must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition. Contact hello@cabitchco.com with your order number before sending a return. Customers pay return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are not refundable except when required by law or when Ca. Bitch Co. sent a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. Returns remain subject to rights that cannot be limited by law.
Defective, damaged, or incorrect items
Contact hello@cabitchco.com within 14 days after delivery and include the order number, a description, and clear photos. We will review the issue and, when confirmed, provide an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional shipping cost.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Banks and card issuers may take additional time to post the credit.
