These terms apply when you use the Ca. Bitch Co. store or place an order. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and the Shipping, Cancellations and Returns Policy shown on this site.
Orders
Orders are subject to acceptance, product availability, accurate pricing, and successful payment. We may contact you if an order contains incomplete information, a pricing error, suspected fraud, or an address that cannot be served. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
Made-to-order products
Shirts are made to order. Payment is collected at checkout. Garment shade, fit, measurements, fabric weight, and print placement may vary by selected shirt and size. You may request a size change or cancellation until your order is released to production. Production and shipping times vary; tracking will be provided when available.
Prices, shipping, and taxes
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Shipping charges and applicable taxes are displayed at checkout. The landing page may show a starting price; the selected WooCommerce variation controls the actual price charged.
Product display
We try to show colors and artwork accurately, but screens differ. Product mockups illustrate the approved design and may not be photographs of the final garment.
Intellectual property
The Ca. Bitch Co. name, site content, and original artwork may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without written permission, except as allowed by law.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, Ca. Bitch Co. is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or products. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Governing law and contact
